Standard 50-minute sessions can feel like you’re just getting started when the timer goes off. This bundle is designed to bypass the "rush" and give your brain the space it actually needs to process, unmask, and regulate.
Every session includes a dedicated Nervous System Reset: a tailored transition to help you move from the "noise" of the outside world into a state of safe, internal flow.
01. For the Small Humans (Children’s Bundle)
I’m bringing “Ms. Rachel” vibrance mixed with Filipino-American soul. In my culture, an Ate is a protector and guide. I’ve created a space where your child is celebrated, not "fixed."
The Double Empathy Advantage: I’m neurodivergent, too. We skip the clinical awkwardness and go straight to a shared language of trust.
Special Interest Roadmaps: Whether it’s dinosaurs, space or drum beats, we use what they love to navigate big emotions and regulation.
The "Parent First, Then Play" Structure:
The Parental Sanctuary (20-30 Min): Before I focus on your child, I focus on you. Vent, process the week, and regulate. You cannot pour from an empty cup.
Child Play Therapy (Remaining Time):Once you feel supported, we transition to our virtual, creative play therapy with your child. I use creative techniques to help them process big emotions, build communication skills, and strengthen connection.
02. For the Big Humans (Adult Bundle)
Whether you have a formal diagnosis or have spent a lifetime suspecting your brain moves to a different rhythm, this space is for you. We move out of "survival mode" and into a true state of flow.
The 80-Minute Flow Breakdown:
The Nervous System Reset (20 Min): We skip the small talk. We start with "bottom-up" somatic regulation and grounding to lower the mental static.
The Unmasked Flow State (45 Min): A spacious, "no-filter" zone. Process burnout or navigate late-identified identity without the pressure of a ticking clock.
The Integration & Vibe Check (15 Min): We never end abruptly. We ground your discoveries so you feel regulated before returning to your day.
